We just got our backup battery pack installed. Working with 1solar + roofing has been a great experience. Connor, Justin, Andy, and Ethan have been amazing to work with. If we had any questions they were right there to answer them and make sure the project was carried out and done to our specifications. I highly recommend them!

Nick and his team of electricians performed the installation of my two Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries. Their installation truly exceeded expectations. The units look incredibly sleek and modern mounted inside our garage, and the layout is clean, symmetrical, and very visually appealing. Every time the system is checked, the Powerwalls give the space a high‑end, well‑engineered look that really stands out. The solar electrical team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, respectful of the space, and clearly very experienced with both Tesla equipment and home electrical systems. The way they routed the wiring in the garage is especially impressive—everything is neatly organized, tightly secured, and aligned in a way that looks both intentional and refined rather than messy or improvised. The attention to detail is evident in every part of the installation. Conduit runs are straight and tidy, transitions between equipment are smooth, and there are no loose cables or cluttered areas anywhere around the system. Overall, the team’s craftsmanship and care made the Powerwall setup not only highly functional, but also something that genuinely enhances the look of the garage, and I highly recommend their work to anyone considering a similar install.

Nick Gibbs delivered an outstanding solar experience from start to finish. His sales presentation was clear, transparent, and tailored to my home’s specific needs, with no pressure and no confusing jargon. He walked through system sizing, projected savings, and equipment options in detail, and carefully answered every technical question I had about panels, inverters, and system performance. During the installation, Nick’s installation team really stood out. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the entire install in a single day without cutting corners. The worksite was kept clean, the wiring and panel layout look neat and well thought out, and they respected both my property and my schedule throughout the process. What impressed me most was how confident and informed Nick was when explaining the technical aspects of the system. He broke down how production monitoring works, what to expect seasonally from output, and how the system would interact with my existing electrical setup in a way that made sense. Any concern I raised—no matter how detailed—was addressed thoroughly and patiently, leaving me completely comfortable with the decision to go solar. Overall, Nick exceeded my expectations at every step. The combination of a professional, informative sales presentation and a smooth, one‑day installation made the entire experience remarkably easy. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone considering solar who wants a knowledgeable, honest, and technically capable representative overseeing their project.
Now a comment about Jordan
Jordan and his team did an exceptional job with my roof installation. The old roof was completely removed and replaced in a single day, and the crew worked efficiently while maintaining a very professional standard throughout the entire process. The cleanup was outstanding. All of the old roofing materials were picked up, the surrounding area was left neat, and there was no debris left behind on the property. They also upgraded my old roof ventilation system by replacing the old turtle vents with a much more effective ridge line ventilation system that now runs throughout the roof, improving airflow and overall performance. What really set Jordan apart was his follow‑through and attention to detail. After the installation, he even came back to inspect everything again and discovered leaks that were occurring in my rain gutters, helping to identify and address an issue that could have caused problems down the road. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend Jordan for any roofing project.

Absolutely love our system! The power went out one night and the only way we knew was the oven wasn't working, everything else was fine. We were really confused since it is a pretty new oven. Just happened to get on Social Media and discovered that a fire had taken out the power over several cities!! We quickly shut down all non essentials to save battery since we didn't know how long the power would be out. So grateful for this system.
1Solar has been great to, work with and is always available to answer questions. Shout out to Connor Child, he made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to explain any delays or changes (do to the power company). He has been available for all questions; even after installation.

I was earlier this year contacted by Connor one of the salesmen for 1solar. I had been considering battery back up for a while and been independently researching it when conner came. It seemed like a decent deal and just getting the raw batteries and parts on my own was going to be more than the final coat to me after credits and rebates by using them. Seemed okay. Overall the battery set up is good and everything works. I'm less impressed with the main office and scheduling etc. it took them 5 or 6 months to begin install process and to get the batteries up and running. They would often show up unannounced as if I had something scheduled yet nobody ever called me, and if I had issues... Which I had plenty of it took weeks to get someone out.
I was told repeatedly that my system could not do who house back up which is what I wanted but that would have been way more etc. I was told over and over that I had to choose up to 12 circuits to put on my house. Then one day they said you're all set your system is done and I was baffled because I never identified any of the circuits I wanted on battery and it turns out they just picked random circuits which was like a handful of bedroom outlets and literally not one single important circuit like my furnace or kitchen fridge and freezer etc ... So weeks later they came out and the tech whom had never been by prior, said it was weird that they ran 60 amp wire for the inverter etc and that is why only 12 circuits could be selected... I said yeah they told me in the first meeting about install this inverter could not handle whole house or more than 12. He looked baffled and said "nah that's not right at all they just needed to run the different wire and it could easily accommodate more" and my inverter and batteries could easily have handled more. I asked if that was still a possibility and he said well it is not it would basically require all the work to be undone and redone...
End of the day, all the critical systems work on the battery set up, and when the power cuts I'm covered for my needs but I'm a little annoyed I was told repeatedly "nope your system can't be on more than 12 circuits" but then later found out from a very competent and great installation guy that was all nonsense and I could have had way more house coverage... Really bummed about that and I definitely will want someone to redo it but I don't have the cash to do it now. I will likely try to find someone else to do that for me though and get it set up for my needs and wants. This is the most disappointing thing of the whole process.
Like the sales guy, and a couple of the install guys, price wasn't terrible, the system works great. Didn't love the lack of communication. Did not love the fact I was told it was impossible to have more than 12 circuits covered when that was apparently not true. And didn't love I had to call them over and over to get guys to fix stuff they previously did because it wasn't done right.
