Nick and his team of electricians performed the installation of my two Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries. Their installation truly exceeded expectations. The units look incredibly sleek and modern mounted inside our garage, and the layout is clean, symmetrical, and very visually appealing. Every time the system is checked, the Powerwalls give the space a high‑end, well‑engineered look that really stands out. The solar electrical team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, respectful of the space, and clearly very experienced with both Tesla equipment and home electrical systems. The way they routed the wiring in the garage is especially impressive—everything is neatly organized, tightly secured, and aligned in a way that looks both intentional and refined rather than messy or improvised. The attention to detail is evident in every part of the installation. Conduit runs are straight and tidy, transitions between equipment are smooth, and there are no loose cables or cluttered areas anywhere around the system. Absolutely love our system! The power went out one night and the only way we knew was the oven wasn't working, everything else was fine. We were really confused since it is a pretty new oven. Just happened to get on Social Media and discovered that a fire had taken out the power over several cities!! We quickly shut down all non essentials to save battery since we didn't know how long the power would be out. So grateful for this system.

I was earlier this year contacted by Connor one of the salesmen for 1solar. I had been considering battery back up for a while and been independently researching it when conner came. It seemed like a decent deal and just getting the raw batteries and parts on my own was going to be more than the final coat to me after credits and rebates by using them. Seemed okay. Overall the battery set up is good and everything works. I'm less impressed with the main office and scheduling etc. it took them 5 or 6 months to begin install process and to get the batteries up and running. They would often show up unannounced as if I had something scheduled yet nobody ever called me, and if I had issues... Which I had plenty of it took weeks to get someone out.
I was told repeatedly that my system could not do who house back up which is what I wanted but that would have been way more etc. I was told over and over that I had to choose up to 12 circuits to put on my house. Then one day they said you're all set your system is done and I was baffled because I never identified any of the circuits I wanted on battery and it turns out they just picked random circuits which was like a handful of bedroom outlets and literally not one single important circuit like my furnace or kitchen fridge and freezer etc ... So weeks later they came out and the tech whom had never been by prior, said it was weird that they ran 60 amp wire for the inverter etc and that is why only 12 circuits could be selected... I said yeah they told me in the first meeting about install this inverter could not handle whole house or more than 12. He looked baffled and said "nah that's not right at all they just needed to run the different wire and it could easily accommodate more" and my inverter and batteries could easily have handled more. I asked if that was still a possibility and he said well it is not it would basically require all the work to be undone and redone...
End of the day, all the critical systems work on the battery set up, and when the power cuts I'm covered for my needs but I'm a little annoyed I was told repeatedly "nope your system can't be on more than 12 circuits" but then later found out from a very competent and great installation guy that was all nonsense and I could have had way more house coverage... Really bummed about that and I definitely will want someone to redo it but I don't have the cash to do it now. I will likely try to find someone else to do that for me though and get it set up for my needs and wants. This is the most disappointing thing of the whole process.
